Where it all began

At Carolina Referee Organization (CRO), our mission is to support referees in the work they do for the game. Our vision is a referee community where officials feel prepared, connected, and equipped to grow—whatever their sport or level of experience.

Putting the right tools in referees’ hands is part of that commitment. MatchDayWatch is being built to help officials prepare with confidence, keep essential match information close at hand, and learn from their experience after the final whistle. Technology should support an official’s judgment, not distract from it.

Alongside MatchDayOps, we are working toward a more connected match day: less time repeating administrative tasks, more support for crews, and more room to focus on officiating. The needs of referees guide what we build. Their experience helps us make it better.
